Who I am

Nomadic Horsemanship is the practice of Loes van Dijk, De Heikampen 24, 5482 ZR Schijndel, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 56867921). For anything about your details, reach me at info@nomadichorsemanship.com.

What I collect

I collect only what is needed to answer your question and plan the work:

Through the request form: your name, email address, what you are drawn to, and what you write about you and your horse.
Through the Trail Notes sign-up: your email address, with the date and time of your sign-up and of your confirmation (double opt-in).
Technical: anonymised visit statistics, without personal profiles.

What I use it for

To read your request and answer it personally.
To send you the Trail Notes, only when you have signed up for them and confirmed it.
To improve the website, based on anonymised statistics.

I do not sell your details, and I do not share them with third parties for marketing.

How long I keep it

Requests are kept while our contact runs, and for at most two years after that. Your Trail Notes sign-up is kept until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing takes one click, in any letter.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer and objection. Send me a message at info@nomadichorsemanship.com and I will take care of it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security and services

Data is stored within the EU, with suppliers under a data processing agreement. The forms send their messages through Resend (email service, Ireland region) and the website runs on Cloudflare. The forms are protected against spam with Cloudflare Turnstile; that check looks at technical characteristics of your browser and sets no tracking cookies. Beyond that, the website uses no third-party tracking cookies.
